Providing accurate information to assist in the care planning
To accept the cosequences of any decisions you make reagrding your care
Providing a safe and smoke free work environment for our staff
Notifying the office if visit times need to be altered
Services will be ceased or withdrawn in circumstances where the client:
No longer requires the expertise of home nursing care
Is unsafe at home
Is consistently not co-operative
Is verbally or physically aggressive
Fails to provide a safe working environment for care givers working in their home
