Ballarat District Nursing and Healthcare is committed to providing and maintaining, so far as practicable a working environment that is both safe and without risks to health and safety of both employees and contractors.

Rules
The contracting company or the contractor must comply and ensure that its employees, subcontractors and agents also comply with any Acts, Regulations, Local Laws and By-Laws, Codes of Practice, Australian and International (AS, AS/NZ, ISO), Standards and Ballarat District Nursing and Healthcare Occupational health and safety policy and procedures that are applicable to the contact work.
