Training Needs Analysis
In 2003 a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) was undertaken across the region to determine where the HACC industry was in regards to a range of demographics, qualifications and self-identified training needs. The results have guided the development of the training strategy since then. The full report is available
here
DHS and the Training Advisory Group agreed that another TNA of this magnitude would not be required until 2008, at which point a 5 year update should be implemented to determine changes in the workforce and the training needs.
