Welcome to Ballarat District Nursing & Healthcare Inc. (BDNH) - the largest home nursing agency within the Grampians region and one of only two independent HACC funded home nursing providers in Victoria.

The organization has been an ACHS accredited home nursing provider since 1995 and is also an approved provider for Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) clients.

Services we provide include wound care, stomal therapy, continence care, diabetes care, aged care, hospital liaison, assessment, extra home care services, HACC education, BDNH Community Care Package - software program, podiatry.

We are a not-for-profit community managed organization that has been providing care in the Ballarat community since 1911. Without exception everyone of our team is committed to providing the best possible care to our clients.
