BDNH is accredited with the Australian Council for Healthcare Standards. BDNH was awarded a four year status and its next accreditation is due in the next financial year. Quality Improvement is an ongoing process which staff have embraced. They are actively working towards demonstrating that not only have they listened to but also acted upon advice and feedback from clients, other health professionals and each other to show improvement in the service that BDNH provides.
